Hi, I’m Cori, and I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, loss, and work-related stress. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed by change, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that are difficult to shift on their own.

In our work together, I use a psychodynamic approach to help you better understand how past experiences, relationships, and underlying emotional patterns may be influencing what you’re going through today. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can gain insight, develop emotional clarity, strengthen coping skills, and begin making meaningful, lasting changes.
