You are the expert in your own life — but even the strongest among us can face challenges that feel overwhelming. My goal as a therapist is to offer a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where we can work together to help you move toward healing and growth at your own pace.

I take a client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support meaningful and lasting change. Together, we’ll work on building awareness, developing coping skills, and fostering resilience as you navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, illness, and other experiences that may be impacting your mental health and well-being.

I have experience working with diverse populations, from teenagers to older adults, and I believe every person’s story deserves to be heard. Sessions are always tailored to your unique needs and goals — because no two journeys are the same.

If you’re ready to take the next step on your path to healing, I am here to walk alongside you and support you every step of the way.
